Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Endgame Physique LLC (“Endgame Physique,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the Endgame Physique Service (“Service”).
By creating an Account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

- Username
- Password credentials (stored securely through authentication providers where applicable)
- Profile photograph
- Date of birth or age (if requested)
- Country or region
- Fitness preferences
- Feedback
- Support requests

- Other information you voluntarily submit.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information you provide.
13.2 Workout Information
The Service allows Users to record fitness activity.
Workout information may include:
- Exercise names
- Sets
- Repetitions
- Weight used
- Training volume
- Workout duration
- Rest periods
- Session completion
- Exercise notes
- Program history
- Personal records
- Progression history
- Achievement progress
This information is used to operate the Service and provide your personal workout history, training progression, and personalized application features.
When you are signed in, your workout records and other progress data are stored on your device and synchronized to your Account on our cloud database (provided by Supabase) so they can be restored if you sign in on another device or reinstall the application.
13.3 Profile Content
You may voluntarily upload or enter:
- Profile photos
- Order emblems (an image chosen by an Order Master or Officer)
- Other images you choose to upload, including progress photos
- Workout notes
- Personal goals
- User preferences
Images are chosen from your photo library only when you select them. The application does not access your camera or microphone. You control what information you choose to submit.
13.4 Subscription Information
If you purchase a Subscription, payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to process and verify purchases and to determine which Premium entitlements apply to your Account.
RevenueCat identifies your purchases using the same unique identifier as your Endgame Physique Account, so your purchase history is linked to your Account.
Endgame Physique does not receive or store your complete credit card number.
We may receive limited information necessary to manage your Subscription, including:
- Purchase status
- Subscription tier
- Renewal status
- Transaction identifiers
- Purchase dates
We also keep a record of subscription events received from RevenueCat (such as purchase, renewal, and cancellation notices) and a copy of your Premium entitlement status, linked to your Account.
13.5 Device and Diagnostic Information
When the application encounters a technical problem, it sends an error report to Endgame Physique’s own backend (hosted by Supabase). We do not use an external crash-reporting service. Error reports are linked to your Account when you are signed in and may include:
- Uncaught application errors
- Unhandled promise rejections
- Error-boundary events (when a screen fails and the application recovers)
- Device model
- Operating system version
- Application version and build number
- The screen you were viewing when the error occurred
- The error message
This information is used to identify technical problems, troubleshoot errors, and maintain the reliability of the Service.
Our service providers (such as Supabase and RevenueCat) may also receive technical information that is transmitted automatically whenever the application connects to their services, such as IP address, device and operating system details, and locale settings. They handle that information under their own privacy policies.
RevenueCat receives Apple’s Identifier for Vendor (IDFV) alongside your Account identifier to support subscription management.
13.6 Usage Analytics
We record a limited set of first-party analytics events in our own database (hosted by Supabase). Each event has a name, a timestamp, the platform, and, when you are signed in, your Account identifier. Events include actions such as:
- Signing in or creating an Account
- Viewing the Premium paywall, completing a purchase, or restoring purchases
- Sending or accepting a friend request, or blocking a User
- Creating or joining an Order
- Turning your Convergence profile public or private
- Sharing progress or a Moment
- Using or sharing a referral or access code
- Convergence streak rewards
These events are associated with your Account and are used to understand how application features are working and being used, to operate rewards and referral features, and to improve the Service.
We do not use these events to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not use a third-party analytics or advertising service.
13.7 Preparation and Wellness Information
The Preparation, Restoration and Character features let you enter information about your body and daily habits. This information is entered by you; the application does not read it from Apple Health or from any wearable device. It may include:
- Sleep duration and sleep logs, including sleep quality
- Body weight, body fat percentage, and body measurements (such as neck, shoulders, chest, waist, hips, arms, thighs, and calves)
- Height, age, sex, activity level, and goal used for metabolic and nutrition calculations
- Hydration
- Carbohydrate intake
- Caffeine intake
- Other Preparation entries, such as meditation, mobility, cold exposure, sauna, steps, supplement or nootropic doses, and fasting start time
This information is stored on your device and, when you are signed in, synchronized to your Account on our cloud database. It is used to support preparation tracking, training progression, and personalized application features. It is information about your personal fitness and wellness, and some of it may be considered health-related. It is not a medical record, and the Service does not provide medical advice.
13.8 Character Progression and Community Content
Your Character progression is stored with your Account. It includes Echo Level, Attributes, Affinities, Paths, Titles, Favor, cosmetics, and other progression systems.
If you use the Convergence, we also store the content and connections you create there, including:
- Your username, profile photo, and other profile details
- Your activity status, such as when you were last active and whether you are training
- Friend requests, your Circle, and your list of blocked Users
- Order membership, Order posts, and Order emblems
- Private messages and session messages between Users
- Reports you submit about other Users’ content
Depending on your settings and how you use these features, some of this content (for example your username, profile photo, Order posts, and activity status) may be visible to other Users. Private messages are stored on our servers so they can be delivered and displayed to the participants. They are not end-to-end encrypted.
